Are you detail oriented? Are you a strong communicator? Arden Hills company needs a person in the purchasing department to help vendors keep delivery dates. Run reports to list vendors late with materials. Call and work with suppliers to assure on time delivery. Keep accurate records in the computer system.

Duties:

  • Run daily reports
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery dates
  • Document information in system.
  • General office duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience
  • Online ordering experience
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills
  • Some buying experience, an understanding of min/max levels
